Chlorine dioxide water purification drops are commonly used for purifying drinking water that may be questionable in nature or from an untrusted or unsafe water source. This may include municipal water as some people use chlorine dioxide water purification drops daily just to make sure their drinking water is safe to drink.
Chlorine dioxide water purification drops are safe and effective as they have been used by scientific exploratory teams, the military, outdoorsmen, camping enthusiasts, and hikers to purify naturally sourced water that might otherwise be unsafe to drink.
Whether at home, at a restaurant, as an added safety measure when travelling, or in case of emergency, chlorine dioxide water purification drops can be quickly and safely created on demand on site via economical two-part kit.
The two-part kit enables the user to create chloride dioxide water purification solution by mixing equal number of drops in a clean dry glass and swirling them together. Allow the drops to activate for 30 seconds and mix with water to be purified for safely drinking.
As a disinfectant, chlorine dioxide destroys harmful bacteria, potentially dangerous viruses, and parasites that may be present in unsafe water which would otherwise cause mild to severe health conditions.
Chlorine dioxide is unparalleled in its supreme performance in the areas of industrial sanitization for flat surfaces to all types of equipment, used in hospitals and hospitality, food and beverage processing, meat and dairy, and even decontamination of anthrax.
As the most effective biocide, the EPA has registered and recommended chlorine dioxide in municipal water treatment and distribution of safe water for human consumption.
How Does Chlorine Dioxide Work?
The most powerful pathogen killer known to man, chlorine dioxide, is very unique in its molecular composition. It is constructed of one chlorine molecule and two oxygen molecules. According to Dupont, it eliminates “spores, viruses, fungi and algae,” over a broad spectrum due to its “selective chemistry.”
Selective Chemistry
This selective chemistry enables it to wipe out all kinds of pathogens, toxins, and harmful bacteria, without harming human beneficial organisms.
UK-based safe oxidation company declares, chlorine dioxide is a “highly potent, fast acting bactericide and virucide” that “leaves no residual toxicity.” Because following activation, it denigrates to simple saline solution (salt). Safe Ox also claims that chlorine dioxide is “highly effective against many pathogenic organisms including bacterial spores, Legionella, Tuberculosis, MRSA, VRE, Listeria, Salmonella, amoebal cysts, Giardia cysts, E. coli, Cryptosporidium and more. Importantly, chlorine dioxide also destroys biofilm so bacterial re-growth is significantly impeded.”
Personal Use of Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine dioxide is only authorized for use as a water purifier. It is used by exploration teams, the military, outdoorsmen, campers and hikers to purify potentially contaminated water in the field, making it safe to drink.
The most popular way to deploy chlorine dioxide as a water purifier is in a two-part configuration, where one part is a sodium chlorite dilution and the other part is an acid activator, such as citric acid (as found in lemons).
If one encounters a questionable water source, such as a natural stream, of questionable origin, the user simply combines three drops of part one with three drops of part two in a clean dry glass container. The drops are swirled and allowed to activate for 30 seconds. This resulting mixture will decontaminate up to a quart of potentially unsafe water, making it safe to drink. (Follow instructions on bottles as manufacturers and contents may vary.)
Jim Humble and MMS
Jim Humble witnessed a group of Amazonian jungle workers recovering from malaria in four hours using chlorine dioxide. When the men were dying, Humble’s main concern was to keep the men hydrated until either help arrived, or they passed away. He was pretty sure they were not going to make it. Purifying the very water that was probably the source of the malaria and giving it to them was the best thing he could think of to do. He did not expect for them to get up and go back to work.
Perplexed by the events of that day, Humble started to research chlorine dioxide to try to find an answer to the Amazon workers’ miraculous recovery. Not long after, he received a call from the African Red Cross that was facing a malaria epidemic, requesting his help because they had heard of his work in the Amazon jungle. He accepted the invitation and again witnessed miraculous results using chlorine dioxide, then nicknamed the solution Miracle Mineral Solution or MMS for short.
It’s as if there were evil bacteria, viruses, parasites, or other pathogens in the body, and if chlorine dioxide could kill these microscopic entities outside the body, Humble proposed that you could accomplish the same elimination of these entities inside the body, based on his experience in the Amazon jungle.
Volunteers on the death row of life, that is to say that these people were suffering from chronic uncurable life-threatening diseases offered to be guinea pigs for Humble’s MMS testing, and they all recovered from their dis-ease. This opened up a new interest in chlorine dioxide besides simple water purification.
He details his story, research, and potential uses in his book, The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium. Thanks to Jim Humble, millions of people have heard about the potential that chlorine dioxide may have on numerous maladies.
Paris Humble, Jim Humble’s daughter, said, “After all, a human body is somewhere close to 80% water. Why shouldn’t that water be purified?” And doing so appears to have an incredible positive effect on the human body.
Safe Food Using of Chlorine Dioxide
You can safely use one to twelve activated drops of chlorine dioxide to disinfect a gallon of water to make it safe for drinking. (The more visibly murky the water, the more drops recommended.)
To sanitize fruit or vegetables, put 10 to 15 activated drops of chlorine dioxide in a bowl of water to rinse food to keep it safe from harmful bacteria or other toxins that may affect the quality of the produce.
To treat any kind of meat, put 10 to 15 activated drops of chlorine dioxide in a pan of water to rinse raw fish, chicken, or any other type of meat, to keep it safe from harmful bacteria or other toxins that may affect the quality of the food.
